Is there <br /> 50 any consideration in any of this in the permitting process check through that what proposes to be built there will not <br /> 51 aggravate the air quality standards in the area surrounding? <br /> 52 <br /> 53 Perdita Holtz:There are performance standards in Article 6 of the UDO and air quality standards are one of the <br /> 54 performance standards that projects have to meet. So they would still have to meet those. <br /> 55 <br />
