As is currently the <br /> situation, retail trade would be permitted as a stand-alone use in the Hillsborough EDD only if a CUD or MPD-CZ is approved. <br /> 4 Staff is suggesting this language be moved to Section 5.6.17 since the standards section is a more appropriate place for standards. <br /> 5 Section 5.6.17 contains standards that would permit this use in EDH-5 only if it is limited in scope and part of an overall development plan. <br /> 2 <br />
