Additionally, <br /> staff suggests deleting the use from EDH-3 since only multi-family uses are suggested for EDH-3. <br /> 25 Staff is suggesting that retail trade be permitted in EDH-4 and EDH-5,subject to the proposed standards in Section 5.6.16 which limit the scope of retail uses <br /> allowed by-right and requires they be part of an overall development plan that includes other permitted use(s)as the dominant use.
