This is being <br /> suggested in order to promote lands within the EDD predominantly for non-residential uses(multi-family uses would be permitted in the indicated districts but <br /> subject to the proposed use-specific standards in Section 5.5.10 which limits the scope of the use and requires that, in order to be permitted by-right,they be <br /> part of an overall development plan that includes other permitted use(s)as the dominant use.
