48 <br /> HEnv Project#201603 <br /> March 1, 2016 <br /> State and Tribal Underground Storage Tank (UST) database <br /> UST's are regulated under Subtitle I of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act <br /> (RCRA) and must be registered with the state department responsible for administering <br /> the UST program. Available information varies by state program. <br /> The site is not listed on the UST database. The adjoining property to the southeast is <br /> included on the UST database: <br /> • Mace Grading Company, Inc., 6517 Highway 70 — In May 1984, Mace Grading <br /> Company, Inc. installed one 2,000-gallon diesel UST.
