The method and provision of sewage disposal facilities,solid waste and water adequate, <br /> There will be no buildings or employees on the property after construction,so there is no need for <br /> sewage or waste disposal on site. The Solar Array does not use any water. Any refuse generated by <br /> landscaping maintenance will be controlled and disposed by the professional service providers using <br /> approved and safe methods. <br /> E. Police,fire,and rescue squad protection is sufficient to the site. <br /> The facility will be unmanned with no buildings. As a result,there will be little to no demand for police, <br /> fire,or rescue squad protection at this location. <br /> F. Vehicular access to the site and traffic condition around the site are acceptable. <br /> Traffic conditions around the site are acceptable. The proposed Solar Array-Public Utility will generate <br /> less traffic than one(1)single family home after construction, <br /> G. The proposed Class A Special Use Permit is for a Solar Array-Public Utility subject to the <br /> requirements of Section 5.9.6(C)(2)and(3)as follows: <br /> (a)All on site utility and transmission lines shall be placed underground to the extent feasible <br /> placed underground. <br /> Affirmed. Utility and Transmission lines shall be placed underground to the extent feasible. <br /> (b)The height of proposed arrays and support structures shall not exceed 40 feet. <br /> Affirmed. Height of proposed arrays and support structures will be approximately 8 feet. <br /> (c)Individual arrays/solar panels shall be designed and located in order to prevent reflective glare <br /> toward any inhabited buildings on adjacent properties as well as adiacent street rights-of-way. <br /> Affirmed.The solar panels are manufactured with anti-glare coating which minimizes any glare. <br /> The roadway Is approximately 1030 feet from the site and the nearest residence is 410 feet from the <br /> site and these distances will prevent any glare.Furthermore,the solar array will be screened by ► <br /> natural vegetation supplemented as required to meet Type 0 buffer standards. The screening will <br /> prevent any potential glare to adjacent properties. <br /> (d)A clearly visible warning sign concerning voltage must be placed at the base of all pad-mounted <br /> transformers and substations. <br />
