The <br /> next step is they have to submit a site plan that's reviewed for zoning compliance and then used with construction <br /> drawings that are reviewed for submittal of a storm water permit and erosion control permits. Seconded by Patricia Roberts. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> MOTION by Tony Blake that the use will maintain or promote public health safety and general welfare if located where <br /> proposed and developed and operated according to the plan as submitted. Seconded by Laura Nicholson. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> MOTION by Tony Blake the use will maintain or enhance the value of contiguous property, unless the use is in a public <br /> necessity in which case the use need not maintain or enhance the value of contiguous properties. Seconded by <br /> Patricia Roberts. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> MOTION by Tony Blake that the location in character for the use being developed according to the plan will be in <br /> harmony with the area in which it is being located, and the use is in compliance with the plan for the physical <br /> development of the County as embodied in these regulations in the comprehensive plan or portion thereof adopted <br /> by the BOCC.
