A Stream Call request (SWID) is <br /> suggested for the parcel since current field conditions are the determining factor for <br /> buffering surface waters. <br /> 4. Item 6. In the site plan needs to also reference that after approval of the Erosion <br /> Control and Stormwater plan a preconstruction conference is required prior to any <br /> land disturbance. <br /> 5. No net increase in peak flow leaving the site from the predevelopment conditions <br /> for the 1 year, 24 Hour storm. <br /> 6. Nutrient limits for the Back Creek Protected watershed are Nitrogen 3.8 <br /> pounds/acre/year, Phosphorous 1.43 pounds/acre/year. <br /> 7.
