Any waste generated by this
project that cannot be beneficially reused or recycled must be disposed of at a solid waste
management facility approved to manage the respective waste type. The Section strongly
recommends that any contractors are required to provide proof of proper disposal for all
waste generated as part of the project.A list of permitted solid waste facilities is available
online at:http:/Ideq.nc.gov/about/divisions/waste-management/waste-management-rules-
data/solid-waste-management-annual-repo its/solid-waste-perm itted-facility-list.
Please contact Mr.John Patrone,Environmental Senior Specialist, for with any questions
regarding solid waste.
