Matched Pair-Mulberry, Selmer,TN <br /> This solar farm adjoins two subdivisions with Central Hills having a mix of existing and new construction <br /> homes. Lots in this development have been marketed for $15,000 each with discounts offered for multiple <br /> lots being used for a single home site. I spoke with the agent with Rhonda Wheeler and Becky <br /> Hearnsberger with United County Farm 86 Home Realty who noted that they have seen no impact on lot or <br /> home sales due to the solar farm in this community. <br /> I have included a map below as well as data on recent sales activity on lots that adjoin the solar farm or are <br /> near the solar farm in this subdivision both before and after the announced plan for this solar farm facility. <br /> I note that using the same method I used to breakdown the adjoining uses at the subject property I show <br /> that the predominant adjoining uses are residential and agricultural, which is consistent with the location <br /> of most solar farms. <br />
