Rates are provided for each of the five housing unit types used in the impact fee analysis for <br /> each level of school facility: (1) Elementary; (2) Middle; and (3) High. For Single Family Detached homes, <br /> separate rates are included for 0-2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4+ bedroom units. For Single Family <br /> Attached and Multifamily units,separate rates are provided for 0-2 bedroom and 3+bedroom units. Rates <br /> for Single Family Detached <800 Sq. Ft. Units and Manufactured homes are not segmented by bedroom <br /> count given the smaller square footage of these types of units. <br /> Additionally, student generation rates are adjusted for the presence of age-restricted developments, as <br /> noted in the figure footnotes.A separate rate schedule for age-restricted developments is currently under <br /> consideration. <br /> 29 <br />
