20 <br /> CHCCS School Impact Fee Report(DRAFT) <br /> C Sch. <br /> The inventory and current LOS for CHCCS middle schools are shown below in Figure 7.As indicated below, <br /> middle school buildings have a total of 506,160 square feet of floor area and two portable classrooms. <br /> Total enrollment in all middle schools is 2,844. LOS factors for CHCCS middle schools are shown in Figure <br /> 7. The adopted LOS standards (based on 107 percent capacity) for school buildings and portables are <br /> shown highlighted in the figure below. As shown,the LOS factors on which the impact fees are based are <br /> 160.68 square feet and 0.0006 portable classrooms per student. <br /> Figure 7.
