20 <br /> Orange County E9-1-1 System Wreles <br /> Detailed Statement of Work <br /> Orange County's Responsibilities <br /> • Appropriately sized conduit or cable raceway between 911 <br /> equipment room and dispatch room to facilitate installation of <br /> VESTA workstation to VESTA switch cables; <br /> • Two (2) dedicated single outlet 20A circuit to the equipment room, <br /> within six (6) cable feet of the VESTA equipment rack. The <br /> termination for this circuit will be with a receptacle TBD and at <br /> location to be specified by Wireless. Power should be sourced via <br /> emergency generator-backed uninterruptible power supply ("UPS"); <br /> • One (1) dedicated 15A circuit into two (2) duplex 5-15R receptacles <br /> at each workstation area, at locations specified by Wireless. Power <br /> should be sourced via emergency generator-backed uninterruptible <br /> power supply ("UPS"); <br /> • A sufficiently sized ground bus cable installed between building <br /> electrical entrance ground and designated 911 equipment rooms; <br /> • One (1) RS-232 interface cable, terminated into a DB-9 male <br /> connector, from the CAD system for ANI/ALI transfer. Orange <br /> County is also responsible for coordination with CAD vendor for <br /> clarification, testing, and modification (if necessary) of CAD <br /> communications protocols; <br /> • Adequate wall space to mount a finished 4' x 4', 3/4" plywood board <br /> within six feet (6') of the VESTA equipment rack location. <br /> • Provide required manufacturer approved Netclock system timing; <br /> • Provide and/or order the necessary telco facilities, including (but <br /> not limited to): <br /> o 911 trunks, <br /> o admin lines, and <br /> The 911 trunks, ALI circuits shall terminate on an RJ-21 block <br /> mounted to the plywood board within six feet (6') of the VESTA <br /> equipment rack location. Admin lines shall terminate on a <br /> separate Type-66 block mounted to the plywood board within six <br /> feet (6') of the VESTA equipment rack location. <br /> Wireless will assist in the identification of these circuits; <br /> • Coordinate scheduling and provide compensation for participants <br /> in administrative and telecommunicator end-user training <br /> sessions; <br /> • Disposal of excess equipment and old 9-1-1 system; <br /> • Provide parking for at least two (2) mid-sized vans for equipment <br /> delivery, and one (1) mid-sized service van for the implementation <br /> period; <br />
