17 <br /> Orange County E9-1-1 System Wreles <br /> Detailed Statement of Work <br /> Implementation <br /> project to provide a single point of contact for Orange County, and to <br /> schedule and coordinate activities relevant to the implementation. <br /> Project Management <br /> A project manager will be assigned by Wireless Communications to <br /> facilitate and oversee the complete project, and will be a single contact <br /> point for Orange County for all items concerning the implementation of <br /> this project. The Project Manager will provide the following services <br /> toward maintaining an organized and orderly project implementation: <br /> • Inventory of all equipment upon arrival, and deliver equipment <br /> inventory list to Orange County; <br /> • Determine and coordinate any customer provided site <br /> improvements required to ensure the final system operates <br /> reliably, according to the manufacturer's specifications, and <br /> consistent to Orange County's expectations. This includes the <br /> upgrade of the grounding system to meet manufacturer's <br /> specifications; <br /> • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate the installation of all <br /> equipment; <br /> • Provide responses and coordination with Orange County personnel <br /> on any areas that are in question during system installation and <br /> acceptance; <br /> • Project scheduling; and, <br /> • Generation and distribution of progress reports throughout the <br /> project duration. <br /> The assigned Project Manager will have the power to make significant <br /> decisions relevant to the project, and will have direct access to Wireless <br /> Communications' top management for resolving problems beyond the <br /> Project Manager's direct authority. <br /> The Project Manager will be on site during critical points of the <br /> installation of this system, and will perform the following tasks: <br /> • Review all specifications and familiarize himself/herself with the <br /> requirements of the project; <br /> • Schedule the delivery, and keep Orange County informed at all <br /> times of the delivery schedule of all equipment pertaining to this <br /> project; <br /> • Coordination of any required engineering; <br /> • Perform all site visitations with a Orange County representative; <br /> • Coordinate all site preparation required for the successful <br /> installation of this system; <br />
