10 <br /> 1. if the Purchaser fails to pay for any shipment when due without <br /> claiming an issue or rejection of such shipment within 10 days of <br /> inspecting such shipment as provided for herein. In the event such <br /> an issue or rejection is claimed, this cancellation provision shall <br /> not apply and the parties shall work together in good faith to <br /> resolve any such issues or disputes; <br /> 2. in the event of the Purchaser's insolvency or bankruptcy; or <br /> 2.
