He pointed out a map of the new <br />46 annexation boundary (shown in purple). Hillsborough is considering either abandoning or <br />47 exchanging some of the extraterritorial jurisdiction, which is in the Eno River Critical Area for new <br />48 extraterritorial jurisdiction in various sections within its existing limits. The orange area is a <br />49 Hillsborough transition area. He pointed out other parts of the map that would be part of the <br />50 interlocal agreement. <br />JA
