A total wage increase of 3.0% for all permanent employees hired on or before June 30, <br /> 18 2016, with 2% effective July 1, 2016, and an additional 1% effective January 1, 2017. <br /> 19 b. No In-Range adjustments for FY 2016-17. <br /> 20 c. Meritorious Service Awards — recommends three levels as one-time performance <br /> 21 bonuses, effective with employee Work Planning and Performance Review (WPPR) <br /> 22 dates from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017: <br /> 23 o $500 — proficient performance <br /> 24 o $750 — superior performance <br /> 25 o $1,000 —exceptional performance <br /> 26 <br /> 27 d. Compression Reduction Program — a total of $500,000 for salary compression <br /> 28 adjustments to affected employees, effective July 1, 2016. <br /> 29 e. A Living Wage increase from $12.76/hour to $13.15/hour. <br /> 30 f. Continue the $27.50 per pay period County contribution to non-law enforcement <br /> 31 employees' supplemental retirement accounts and the County matching employees' <br /> 32 contributions up to $63.00 semi-monthly (for a maximum annual County contribution of <br /> 33 $1,512) for all general (non-sworn law enforcement officer) employees, and continue the <br />
