He said it is a voluntary certification program. He said the County <br /> 7 is providing this agency with a vendor list to review which vendors are certified. <br /> 8 Commissioner Rich said this agency is doing the work that the County might be doing <br /> 9 and is doing it at a much lower rate than if it were done in house. <br /> 10 Commissioner Pelissier said the Manager's recommendations reflected the Board's <br /> 11 stated priorities.
