3 <br /> Notice <br /> Per North Carolina General Statute 105-317(c) (1) (2), The County Assessor, on <br /> September 6, 2016, has submitted the proposed 2017 Schedules of Rules, Standards and <br /> Values for Market Value and Present-Use Value for the 2017 countywide reappraisal, to <br /> the Orange County Board of Commissioners. The proposed Schedules of Rules, <br /> Standards and Values will be available for public inspection in the offices of the County <br /> Assessor at 228 S. Churton Street, Hillsborough,NC, and Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners office at 200 S. Cameron St, Hillsborough, NC during regular office <br /> hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. There will be a public hearing <br /> regarding the proposed Schedules of Rules, Standards and Values at the regularly <br /> scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting on September 20, 2016 located at <br /> the Southern Human Services Center at 2501 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill,NC 27516. <br /> The meeting will begin at 7pm. <br />
