General contractor shall include replacing all stair treads with all (5) stair wells from the ground <br /> floor to the third floor in each stairwell. These treads shall be Johnsonite Rubber Stair treads, <br /> Roundel, Raised Round #A60527 Color: Peppercorn or equivalent. <br /> 8. General contractor shall provide pricing to remove all the signs within the area and label the doors <br /> with the sign information. Contractor shall NOT include installation of new signs. <br /> 9. General contractor shall include pricing for primer and at minimum two base coats. If additional <br /> coats are needed general contractor shall qualify this with bid response including the number of <br /> coats General contractor is proposing <br /> 10. General contractor shall not include any pricing for electrical work. <br /> 11. There are not any bonds required on this project. <br /> 12. General contractor shall be responsible for the safety of all members on this project, and all <br /> members must follow all the Orange County, local, state, and federal laws and regulations. <br /> Pricing: <br /> 1. Contractor shall provide base bid to include all painting, cove base, stair treads, an allowances <br /> unless otherwise noted. <br /> 2. Contractor shall provide an allowance of$5,000.00 for all minor wall repairs as approved by OC <br /> CPM. <br /> 3. Contractor shall provide an allowance of$5000.00 for all major wall repairs approved by OC CPM. <br /> 4. Contractor shall provide pricing for a square footage repair of sheet rock. <br /> 5. Contractor shall provide pricing for a square footage repair of stucco. <br /> 6.
