This includes one coat of primer and two coats of paint for all areas. <br /> Contractor shall include a wall repair allowance of$2000.00. This includes sheetrock, stucco, or <br /> any other type wall repairs approved by OC CPM. <br /> Contractors shall include pricing from Cameron &Cameron for moving furniture or additional <br /> items as needed in order to complete the painting.
