FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular <br />meeting calendar by: <br />? re-scheduling the Joint Meeting with the Town of Hillsborough (originally <br />scheduled for February 15th) for Monday, March 19, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at <br />the Link Government Services Center in .Hillsborough, N.C.; and <br />? moving the Clerk's evaluation from Thursday, May 31, 2007 to Monday, <br />June 4, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center---prior <br />to the Budget Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. ( Chair will be out of town the <br />week of May 28th- June 1S); and <br />? moving the Budget Public Hearing on Tuesday May 29, 2007 to <br />Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom <br />in Hillsborough, North Carolina. (the two public hearings were originally <br />scheduled for May 29th and May 31St - however, the BOCC was able to <br />move the 31St budget public hearing to Monday, June 4th and it was <br />suggested that it would be helpful to staff to have the budget public <br />hearings as close together as possible---therefore if the BOCC approves <br />this abstract, the budget public hearings will be on May 31 st in <br />Hillsborough and June 4t in Chapel Hill ).
