Specifically we are seeking matching <br /> funds to help offset the writers fees,which we estimate will be about$4,000. The book is a collection of food- <br /> related stories about North Carolina,with an emphasis on Orange County in particular.We estimate that <br /> thirty-two writers will contribute to The Carolina Table,which will be edited with an Introduction by <br /> Hillsboroughan and UNC professor, Randall Kenan.
