Inside Pages, 11 x 17 White 80#XPRI Digital Text Gloss, 19 <br /> sheets, copied on 2 sides <br /> o For the culminating event,we will need$100 for marketing and publicity. <br /> o We are requesting$50 for props and other materials for the culminating event. <br /> FSF will cover other costs,such as expenses for publicity and the reception,through donations <br /> and other fundraising efforts. <br /> The preferred location is the Jerry M. Passmore Center [formerly named Central Orange Senior <br /> Center] in Hillsborough. Should the Department on Aging co-sponsor the event,we will be able <br /> to defray the facility rental fee.Free Spirit Freedom has enjoyed several exhibit openings and <br /> storytelling programs at this site. <br /> Our intended audience will be people of all ages, ethnicities and cultures from Orange County <br /> and surrounding counties,and perhaps visitors from other states. FSF has attracted multi- <br /> generational and diverse audiences at all events since its inaugural opening. Because of our <br /> subject matter,people return"home" for our events...and oftentimes our events feel like family <br /> reunions and homecomings. <br /> After the event,our photo books will be available for wide distribution in exchange for a <br /> nominal contribution, and additional books for purchase will be ordered upon demand.A copy <br /> of our photo book will be provided to each of the following: the Orange County Library,the OC <br /> Historical Museum, Orange County Schools, Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools,the Hillsborough <br /> Visitors Center,the OC Visitors Bureau,and of course,the OC Arts Commission. <br />
