We are a locally owned and operated family oriented <br /> organization that does not cut corners. My business partner,Angie Marino, is a highly skilled dual language educator and published <br /> children's book author. Together we offer ART, WRITING and SPANISH to ages 5-15,year round. <br /> Afterschool Art: From September to May each year,we offer convenient after school art classes to hundreds of children in Chapel Hill <br /> and Durham. Camps: We offer week long,full or half day, summer camps from June to August.Our camps are located at Christ <br /> Church,the Duke Lemur Center and at the Carolina Tiger Rescue.Each week focuses on a different theme and all weeks are designed <br /> for children ages 5-11. Mentorship opportunities are available for ages 12-15. Teacher Work Day/Holiday/Spring Break Camps and <br /> Workshops: We also offer one-day-at-a-time camps and workshops for ages 5-1I during the school year at Christ Church,the Duke <br /> Lemur Center and the Carolina Tiger Rescue. Art Parties For Kids: Parties can be at school, at home,at a clubhouse,at a park...they <br /> can be for birthdays or,just because! Art parties can happen anywhere that has enough tables and chairs to accommodate all guests. I <br /> will provide all art materials. Painting Parties For Adults: Painting parties can happen at your home,your clubhouse,your <br /> church...again,anywhere that has enough tables and chairs to accommodate your guests. I will provide all art materials. BYOB! :-) <br /> • Co-Founder <br /> Bright Horse Farm&Art Studio,April 2007—May 2013 <br /> Year round enrichment programming for all ages involving horses and art. <br /> On-Site: We offer summer camps,teacher work day camps,holiday camps,track out camps,riding lessons,birthday parties,clay <br /> classes,family team building workshops,corporate team building workshops and just about any enriching, creative activity with <br /> horses and art you can imagine. <br /> Off-Site: We offer convenient afterschool art enrichment to hundreds of children from September-May at several elementary schools <br /> in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District. We also offer afterschool art classes at the Chapel Hill-Carrboro YMCA. <br /> In The Community: We donate our time, energy and services to community minded fund-raisers that contribute annually to the CHC- <br /> YMCA's We Build People scholarship fund as well as our own grass roots scholarship effort,Stay Sharp With Art,a program <br /> designed to enrich the lives of senior citizens through art instruction.
