Alexis dances with both <br /> Modernextension and the Misconception Hip Hip Dance Company. <br /> Christine Jackson—Death is a fourth-year MD/MPH at UNC School of Medicine, originally <br /> from Baltimore, Maryland. She has been dancing ever since she could walk and and has trained <br /> in modern, ballet,jazz, hip hop and tap. She has continued dancing throughout her <br /> undergraduate and medical school careers as a member of Modernextension. <br /> Livian Kennedy War has been involved in theatre and art since before she can remember, <br /> and while performative dance is a relatively new but strong passion of hers, she has recently <br /> succeeded in combining the three into a major in Interdisciplinary Studies at UNC. An <br /> incorrigible bibliophile and student of human behavior, Livian can be seen this summer in <br /> ARC1itE Theatre's production of Roaring Girl. <br /> Ally Levine Plague was classically trained in the Cecchetti Ballet Method for 13 years. <br /> She transitioned into the world of modern dance when she was 16 years old and has continued in <br /> modern dance as a member of Modernextension UNC's first dance company for which she <br /> will serve as the president during the 2016-2017 term. Ally is a Journalism major, with an <br /> emphasis on graphic design. <br /> Amber Gibson puppeteer started her dance training at age three and graduated from her <br /> studio with fifteen years of experience, after which she taught beginner and intermediate classes <br /> in hip hop and clogging for a year before relocating to Chapel Hill. She holds a degree in <br /> Business from NC State, and is the proud mother of a two-year old daughter. <br /> Scout Manhattan Howard—puppeteer is a senior biochemistry major who is looking forward <br /> to being onstage instead of off for the first time since her kindergarten ballet rehearsal. Her free <br /> time is spent volunteering as a technician for student performance groups and coordinating <br /> events as service co-chair of Alpha Chi Sigma, the professional chemistry fraternity. <br />
