0 <br />Questions for Orange County Board of County Commissioners on Transfer of Development <br />Rights (TDR) (in preparation for February 12, 2007 BOCC work session) <br />Each Commissioner is asked to fill out and return this survey to Laura Blackmon by February 1, 2007. <br />Staff will tabulate the results, which will be used as the basis for discussion at the February 12 BOCC <br />work session. These questions are preliminary -following the discussion at the February 12 session, <br />BOCC members will be asked to revisit their answers to this survey in order to give final direction to <br />Staff and consultants as they develop a TDR implementation plan for eventual BOCC adoption. <br />1. What should TDR Sending Area priorities be for land preservation? <br />(rank from 1-6 with 1 =highest priority; leave blank any you deem non priorities) <br />GOAL RANK (1-6) <br />a.
