The design services were approved of $623,375, including <br />approximately $71,000 for work associated with the Chapel HilllOrange County regulatory <br />approval process. The construction budget has been established at $4.5 million. The fees <br />paid to municipalities and utility providers for the Special Use Permit, Zoning Permit, Zoning <br />Compliance Permit, OWASA and Duke Power permits are estimated at $74,000 and are not <br />included in the stated design fee. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the information, <br />provide comments as appropriate and endorse the concept plan. <br />
