Coordinate with <br /> General Contractor for extent of work prior to bidding. <br /> Work shall consist of performing all operations in connection with alteration,repair,removal and <br /> demolition in accordance with the drawings and as specified herein. All work shall be performed <br /> in accordance with all applicable, standards and specifications. Existing materials, accessories, <br /> fixtures and equipment shall be used in the new work as much as practicable or disposed of as <br /> directed by the Architect/Engineer or the Owner. <br /> Verify existing conditions at the site, and examine adjoining work which in any way will affect <br /> the completion of this work. Report to the Owner,in writing, any condition which will prevent <br /> the proper performance of the work.No waiver of responsibility for defective adjoining work <br /> will be considered unless notice has been filed in writing with the Owner before work begins. <br /> Protect adjacent property against damages from any cause. Repair any damage done to property <br /> by reason of required safety measures. <br /> Debris resulting from alteration and demolition work shall be removed from the site and disposed <br /> of by this Contractor. Burning of debris and rubbish on the Owner's property will not be <br /> petnritted, except by written permission of the Owner. <br /> Disconnecting, capping, sealing,relocating and reconnecting of any utility service shall be <br /> performed only by mechanics skilled in the trade involved. <br /> 15H-36 <br />
