DocuSign Envelope ID: E9612703-F25B-492D-9C8C-EC3F9728ECE6 <br /> complete); <br /> -- One copy of the Contractor's Maintenance and Operation manuals for review by the <br /> Designer; <br /> --As-built marked prints; <br /> -- Copy of the Certificate of Occupancy issued by the local authority having jurisdiction; <br /> --Contractor's certificate that he has completed all work,per plans and specifications,that he <br /> has installed all items in accordance with manufacturer's installation instructions and all applicable <br /> codes,and that all systems/equipment furnished have been tested and are in full working order; (see <br /> enclosed Certificate Form); <br /> -- Contractor's certificate that the as-built marked prints he provided are complete and <br /> accurate in all respects, and that any deviations from original design plans and/or specifications are <br /> clearly and accurately shown thereon, including all change orders; <br /> -- Control subcontractor's certificate that all control components have been calibrated and <br /> tested and are in proper working order, and that the system is operating in accordance with the <br /> specified control sequence in all modes of operation; <br /> --Report of factory start-up on chiller, boiler, etc.; <br /> --Testing and balancing reports as specified. <br /> -- Letters documenting Owner training in operation and maintenance of systems and <br /> equipment. <br /> This Contractor is advised to allow adequate time in the project schedule to complete all work, <br /> including all specified testing, check-out, inspections, certifications, etc., prior to the contract <br /> completion date listed in the Notice to Proceed or other such notification,and before it is necessary <br /> for the Owner to occupy the facility. <br /> Once the Final Inspection has been conducted,the Designer will issue to this Contractor a punch list <br /> of outstanding/deficient items. The Contractor will pursue corrective action to complete the Final <br /> Inspection punch list in an expeditious manner. Once all items on the Final Inspection punch list are <br /> complete,the Contractor is to submit to the Designer a copy of the Final Inspection punch list with <br /> all items checked off, attaching any outstanding documentation required. Additional visits by the <br /> Designer which may be required because above procedure has not been followed or accomplished; <br /> or,which are necessary to check off Final Inspection punch list items will be at the expense of the <br /> Contractor. <br /> 15H-13 <br />
