Existing condition and types of resilient flooring, doors,windows,walls and other surfaces not <br /> required to be altered throughout and affected areas of building. <br /> 2. Existence and condition and operation of items such as thermostats, EMS devices and <br /> accessories,HVAC equipment, etc.,required by drawings to be either reused or relocated, or both. <br /> 3. Shall note any discrepancies between drawings and existing conditions at site. <br /> 4. Shall designate areas for working space, materials storage and routes of access to areas within <br /> buildings where alterations occur and which have been agreed upon by Contractor and Designer. <br /> Any items required by drawings to be either reused or relocated or both,found during this survey to <br /> be nonexistent, or in opinion of Designer and Owner's representative,to be in such condition that <br /> their use is impossible or impractical, shall be removed and a proposal submitted by Contractor to <br /> replace with new items in accordance with specifications which will be furnished by Designer. <br /> Re-Survey: Fifteen days before expected partial or final inspection date, Contractor, Designer, <br /> Owner's representative,together shall make a thorough re-survey of the areas of buildings involved. <br /> They shall furnish a report on conditions then existing,mechanical devices and accessories,HVA/C <br /> equipment, etc., as compared with conditions of same as noted in first condition survey report. <br /> Telephone system shall be checked out and any damage caused by construction repaired to the <br /> satisfaction of this designer and owner. <br /> 1. Re-survey report shall also list any damage caused by this Contractor to such flooring and other <br /> surfaces, despite protection measures; and, will form basis for determining extent of repair work <br /> required of this Contractor to restore damage caused by Contractor's workmen in executing work of <br /> this Contract. <br /> DD. PROJECT CLOSEOUT <br /> When this Contractor considers that his work is complete in all respects,per plans and specifications, <br /> he shall conduct an inspection of project with office and field supervision personnel and prepare a <br /> punchlist of outstanding/incomplete/deficient items of work. This inspection shall include review of <br /> all specified documentation, certificates,warranties, and close-out information. <br /> When this Contractor considers the above punchlist to be completed or corrected he shall submit to <br /> the Designer,in writing,a request for Final Inspection. The request for Final Inspection shall have as <br /> attachments the following items: <br /> --Punchlist prepared by the Contractor, indicating by check-off all completed items (each <br /> item individually checked on the list, not a cover letter stating that all items on attached list are <br /> 15H-12 <br />
