STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT: <br /> The Mechanical Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing suitable shelter and protection of all <br /> materials and equipment stored on the job. <br /> Equipment shall be protected from damage from any source both during storage and after installation <br /> until completion of the job. No damaged equipment will be accepted. <br /> Z. CLEAN UP: <br /> The Mechanical Contractor shall be responsible for keeping work areas clean and free of trash and <br /> debris resulting from his operations. <br /> When work is conducted in occupied areas,clean up shall be accomplished daily and work areas left <br /> clean at end of day's work. <br /> When all equipment and systems have been set and ready for use,they shall be thoroughly cleaned, <br /> removing all labels,plaster,rust and stains, checked for leaks, and left in perfect working order. <br /> AA. DELIVERY AND HANDLING OF EQUIPMENT FURNISHED BY OTHERS: <br /> All mechanical equipment furnished by Owner and others which is to be installed and connected by <br /> the Mechanical Contractor as hereinafter specified will be delivered and turned over to this <br /> Contractor. Storing and protection of such equipment shall be done by this Contractor and the <br /> furnishing of all applicable accessories and miscellaneous fittings to make complete shall be <br /> provided by this Contractor. <br /> BB. RESTORATION OF PROPERTY: <br /> This Contractor shall carefully restore all property defaced by operations or acts of any of his agents <br /> or employees. Such restoration shall include seeding, sodding,and transplanting of lawns,hedges, <br /> ornamental planting, and the repair or replacement of driveways, walks, fences, steps, or other <br /> facilities in such a manner as to meet with the approval of the Designer and to be at least equal in <br /> quality to the original undisturbed work. <br /> CC. RENOVATIONS/ALTERATIONS: <br /> Survey: Before any work is started in existing building, Mechanical Contractor shall make a <br /> thorough survey with Designer and a representative of the Owner of building in which alterations <br /> occur and areas which are anticipated routes of access, and furnish a report, signed by all three to <br /> 15H-11 <br />
