DocuSign Envelope ID: E9612703-F25B-492D-9C8C-EC3F9728ECE6 <br /> Submittals with variations and/or substitutions as equivalent by the listed manufacturers as specified <br /> or by those approved as equivalent 10 days prior to bid (see Materials Section) shall also contain a <br /> statement that this Contractor has coordinated same with other Contractors and Designers affected <br /> and list any changes required, refer to Materials Section. <br /> Shop drawings and/or submittal data shall be submitted on items listed as follows: <br /> Insulation Materials & Insulation Methods <br /> Condensing Units <br /> Duct-Mounted, Cased DX Coils <br /> Multi Split-System Fan Coil Units <br /> Automatic Controls <br /> Grilles, Diffusers &Air Handling Accessories <br /> Ceiling System (Grid, Ceiling Panels, etc..) <br /> Roof Supports, Pipe Curb Assemblies <br /> Starters,Magnetic/Manual <br /> Disconnect Switches <br /> V. TEMPORARY UTILITIES: <br /> All necessary utilities such as water and electricity shall be furnished by this Contractor, from <br /> Owner's facilities (where practical) during construction. Refer to General Conditions of the <br /> Specifications. <br /> W. EXISTING FACILITIES: <br /> Every precaution shall be taken to prevent damage to existing underground lines and structures and <br /> public utilities. Damage to existing water and sewer lines, culverts, service connections, <br /> underground cables, and similar surface and sub-surface structures shall be at the risk of this <br /> Contractor, whether or not locations thereof are show on plans, and the repairing of such damage <br /> shall be by and at the expense of this Contractor,which shall be completed without delay. <br /> The locations of any existing underground utilities that are shown are in an approximate way only <br /> and have not been independently verified by the Owner or its representative. The Contractor shall <br /> determine the exact location of all existing utilities before commencing work,and agrees to be fully <br /> responsible for any and all damages which might be occasioned by the Contractor's failure to exactly <br /> locate and preserve any and all underground utilities. <br /> X. ADAPTATION OF WORK TO EXISTING CONDITIONS: <br /> It is reasonably implied that this Contractor is to furnish all labor and materials to provide Owner <br /> with a new and satisfactory system in these facilities. Contractor is to include necessary work for <br /> adaptation of equipment to conditions that may be found to produce conflicts during construction. <br /> 15H-10 <br />
