I?
Additionally, the Department is working on amassing a collection of social justice; books and videos to
share with members of the public. The Director has even spoken, with the library director about using the
same check out system to lend resources to the community. There is, however, no room for the
community to come and peruse the Department's growing: collection.
Finally, the Departinent has .a growing body of confidential case files which must be:retained. The small
storage room in which the files are contained is full and there is no other place to safely store these
confidential records.
The Department's space needs and the plan to fulfill those needs. should include a meeting room that will
accommodate minimally seven (7) individuals and a large table. The interim plan to have the Department
expand to another suite seems to be a suitable compromise but according to the updated plan it.no longer
seems to :be a consideration. If it is not possible to increase the Department's space at its current location
then relocation to the Administrative Building should be considered.
incerely,
L v
William T.
