PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY <br /> MEMBER CRITERIA <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br /> COMMERCIAL AUTO COVERAGE PART <br /> IMPROPER SEXUAL CONDUCT LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br /> A named insured of the Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance, Risk Retention Group (ANI-RRG) must meet at least <br /> the following criteria: <br /> 1. is organized chiefly to provide charitable, religious, educational, or scientific services, but does not include <br /> a hospital; <br /> 2. is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and exempt from tax <br /> under section 501(a), or any corresponding sections of any future federal tax code. Any member which <br /> receives a final determination that it no longer qualifies as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) <br /> of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future tax code, shall immediately notify <br /> the corporation of such determination and the effective date of such determination. <br /> ANI-RRG E03 01 13 Page 1 of 1 <br />
