ADDITIONAL COVERAGES <br /> Non-owned Watercraft <br /> COVERAGE A BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY, Paragraph 2.g. <br /> Exclusions, Aircraft,Auto, or Watercraft Subparagraph (2)(a)is replaced by the <br /> following: <br /> (a)Less than 75 feet long; and <br /> Supplementary Payments —Bail Bonds <br /> Supplementary Payments —Coverages A and B, Paragraph 1. b. is replaced by the <br /> following: <br /> b.Up to$5,000 for cost of bail bonds required because of accidents or traffic law <br /> violations arising out of the use of any vehicle to which the Bodily Injury Liability <br /> Coverage applies. We do not have to furnish these bonds. <br /> Supplementary Payments —Investigation or Defense <br /> Supplementary Payments —Coverages A and B, Paragraph 1.d. is replaced by the <br /> following: <br /> d.All reasonable expenses incurred by the insured at our request to assist us in the <br /> investigation or defense of the claim or"suit," including actual loss of earnings up to <br /> $1,000 a day because of time off from work. <br /> Newly Formed Entities <br /> Section II —Who is an Insured, Paragraph 4.a. is replaced by the following: <br /> a.Coverage under this provision is afforded until the end of the policy period. <br /> Workplace Violence Counseling <br /> We will pay, with respect to an act of"workplace violence"during the policy period, all <br /> reasonable expenses you incur for psychological counseling of your"employees"during <br /> the following six months, up to an annual aggregate amount of$50,000. This coverage <br /> is subject to Exclusion 2.d.of Section I, Coverage A, regarding workers'compensation <br /> and similar laws. <br /> Unsatisfied Contributions <br /> We will pay, with respect to an "unsatisfied contribution,"the unpaid balance of a prior <br /> written pledge to contribute, up to an annual aggregate amount of$25,000 for all such <br /> claims. <br /> This Additional Coverage does not apply to: <br /> 1. An "unsatisfied contribution"from a donor who filed for, or who was in, bankruptcy <br /> before you received the donor's written pledge to contribute: <br /> 2. Any amount in excess of the fair market value of an "unsatisfied contribution"of <br /> goods, services or property; <br /> 3. An "unsatisfied contribution"where either the donor or you believed at the time of <br /> the written pledge that the donor would not be able to contribute the full amount <br /> pledged; <br /> NPO-001 04 09 Page 2 of 5 <br />
