Having an academic background, he approached Sheer
Associates to determine if an independent child welfare institute
could successfully survive and what tools and expressions would be
required to ensure its success.
Through our exploration, it became clear that this was an important
assignment. CWI was needed because state and local government
agencies, as well as private child welfare agencies, face monumental
challenges in administering systems that assure safety, permanence
and well-being for children.
CWI quickly grew and moved to Atlanta, Georgia and became the
nation's leading provider of child welfare training and organizational
development, which they offer to state, local and private agencies
throughout the United States and Canada. Sheer Associates
developed, consulted and produced the central branding for CWI
including its corporate, promotional and training materials. CWI was
purchased by Kid's Hope United. Sheer Associates is proud to be a
continual part of this organization's overall success because they do
so much good for children.
• Educational Foundation a.k.a.
