Ashwick, LLC. <br />827 McDade Store Road <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />919- 732 -3420 <br />August 7, 2006 <br />TO: Orange County Planning Dept. <br />We would like to request a partial waiver to the tree buffer of lots 22 through 26 <br />in phases 2 and 3 in the Ashwick Subdivision. The Subdivision has a 100' tree buffer <br />around the perimeter which falls into the rear of each of these lots and determines the rear <br />boundary of the building envelope. With the houses set as close to the front setback as <br />possible, even using a narrow house plan, the rear setback created by the tree buffer falls <br />so close to the rear of the house that there is no space for a deck, swing set or storage <br />building for lawn equipment.
