October 10, 2006 <br />ASHWICK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION <br />RE: Ashwick subdivision Land Owners <br />Orange County Planning Dept. has approved a request for a partial reduction of the <br />100' tree buffer behind lots 22-26. This would be reduced to 75' if each owner of these <br />lots agrees to put up a 6' wooden fence in the rear of their property in exchange for the <br />25' reduction.
