25 a. Agricultural Preservation Board —Appointment The Board considered making an appointment to the Agricultural Preservation Board. A motion was made by Commissioner Pelissier, seconded by Commissioner Price to appoint the following to the Agricultural Preservation Board: • Appointment to a first full term (Position #5) "Schley/Eno Vol. Ag. Dist." representative for Nels Anderson, Ph.D. expiring 06/30/2018. VOTE: UNANIMOUS b. Alcoholic Beverage Control Board —Appointment and Chair Selection The Board considered making an appointment to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and selecting the Chair. A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Pelissier to appoint the following to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board: • Appointment to a full term (Position #5) "At-Large" representative Jamezetta Bedford expiring 06/30/2019. VOTE: Ayes, 5 (Chair McKee, Commissioner Burroughs, Commissioner Pelissier, Commissioner Price, Commissioner Jacobs); Nays, 2 (Commissioner Rich and Commissioner Dorosin). Motion passed. A motion was made by Commissioner Rich, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to appoint Anjan Desai to (Position #5) "At-Large" representative expiring 06/30/2019.
