13 <br /> Commissioner Rich said she is still concerned about the 9:00 p.m. time limit, and she <br /> would support moving it to midnight. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Rich seconded by Commissioner Dorosin for the <br /> Board to adopt the mobile food vending business provisions into the Orange County Code of <br /> Ordinances, and change the operation time from 8:00 a.m-12:00 a.m., authorize the Chair to <br /> sign the attached Resolution of Adoption, and authorize the County Attorney to make any <br /> minor non-substantive changes or corrections that may be necessary prior to submission of the <br /> amendment to Municode. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said he would support the motion, if the ending time is 10:00 <br /> p.m. Chair McKee said he would also support the 10:00 p.m. time frame. <br /> Commissioner Rich asked if the time limit could be extended at a later date, if there <br /> was public demand to do so. <br /> John Roberts said the ordinance would need to be amended, which would be a <br /> straightforward process. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin suggested the option of keeping the time limit at midnight, but <br /> increasing the length of the residential limits. <br /> Commissioner Price said this is Orange County, and she questions if there will be many <br /> people searching for food trucks late at night. Amendment to the Orange County Code of Ordinances Regarding Massage <br /> Regulation <br /> The Board considered amending the Orange County Code of Ordinances related to the <br /> regulation of massage practitioners and businesses and authorize the Chair to sign. <br /> John Roberts said this comes out of a request from the tax department, since they <br /> handle all of the licensing fees for these businesses, and they wanted to change some <br /> language in light of some legislative changes. He said this is not a privilege license fee, but <br /> rather has always been a regulatory fee. He said the language in the ordinance said privilege <br /> fee. <br />
