Prime the walls with a kilz type primer. <br />Reinstall mirror when all painting is complete. <br />2. Prepare the floor for new vinyl. Install %" lauan plywood and a new <br />vinyl floor. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14.00 sq.yard. Install <br />metal trim at door opening. Install new shoe molding at all wall and <br />cabinet areas. Prime new shoe molding with an oil primer. Paint shoe <br />molding with semi-gloss latex paint. Caulk vinyl at tub using white <br />silicone caulk. <br />Staircase: <br />1. Repair loose handrail. Install all missing hardware and secure <br />to wall. <br />Plumbing: <br />Install a new double bowl stainless steel sink in the kitchen. Install <br />new strainers, drain line assembly/p-trap, supply lines and new <br />cut-offs. Make all plumbing connections. <br />2. Install a new single lever faucet on the kitchen sink. Note: Faucet <br />shall be a Delta or pre-approved equal. Make all plumbing <br />connections.
