Finish shoe <br />molding to match cabinet finish. <br />Master Bathroom: <br />1. Remove existing shoe molding. Install V4" lauan plywood and a <br />new vinyl floor. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14.00 sq. yard. <br />Install metal trim at all door openings. Install new shoe molding <br />at all wall and cabinet areas. Prime and paint shoe molding. Prime <br />shoe molding with an oil primer. Paint shoe molding with <br />semi-gloss latex paint. <br />2. Install a five piece accessory kit in the master bathroom. Accessory <br />kit to include two, twenty four (24) inch towel bars, a soap dish, <br />tumbler holder, and paper holder. Note: Homeowner to choose finish. <br />( Chrome, brass, wood etc.) _ <br />3. histall a new mirror of matching size in the master bathroom over <br />the vanity. Install a new section of mirror trim ( mirror sits in) <br />along top edge of vanity. Install proper fasteners at both top corners <br />into wall. <br />4. Install a molded marble vanity top/sink in the master bathroom. <br />Note: Contractor to verify correct length. Install a single lever <br />faucet, new drain line assembly/p-trap, supply lines and cut-offs. <br />Make all plumbing connections. Note: New faucet shall be a Delta <br />or pre-approved equal.
