Prime all bare wood and sheetrock with a construction primer. Repair all damaged areas in sheetrock with filler and sand smooth. Caulk all cracks with a latex caulk. Fill all nail holes with painters putty. Paint the walls with flat latex paint. Paint the trim with semi-gloss latex paint. NOTE: Bathroom walls & trim to be painted with semi-gloss latex paint. All paint to cover completely. _ 4. Install new carpet and pad on both floors. The CARPET to cost not less than $ 14.00 sq. yard. Install a 6 pound pad. Install metal trim at all door openings where carpet meets vinyl. Install carpet and pad in all closets. Note: All carpet to be professionally installed. Carpet to be re-installed in all locations where removed. Price to include trimming the bottom of any doors that rub the new carpet. 5. Prepare the front door unit for paint. Prime the front door with a bonding primer. Paint the front door and jamb with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint to cover completely. Kitchen: 1. Remove all existing wall and base cabinets. Remove all existing countellops. 2. Install new wall and base cabinets. Note: New cabinets to match existing layout. Install factory made cabinets with hardwood face- plates, doors and drawers.
