Trim all trees limbs hanging over roof located on the right rear <br />corner. Limbs to be cut off at the tree. <br />2. Install a new garage door with hand opener/lock. New door to open <br />close and lock properly. Stain or paint door to match existing exterior <br />finish. Apply a waterproof finish over stain to protect finish and door. <br />NOTE: Existing hardware and track may be used. Install all necessary <br />framing to secure track properly. <br />3. Replace approximately 36ft of damaged and loose wood siding. <br />Note: All damaged siding to be replaced with new wood matching <br />siding. Secure all loose siding with galvanized nails. Stain new <br />siding with matching stain. <br />4. Prepare all windows and windows frames for matching paint/stain. <br />Remove all loose paint, spot sand smooth and paint. Apply all <br />necessary caulking to fill all cracks. All paint/stain to cover <br />completely. <br />5. Install a new pressure treated frame for the sewage pump station <br />located on the right rear corner. Install pressure treated framing and <br />% inch pressure treated plywood walls. Re-install the existing shingle. <br />top on the new frame. All nails shall be hot dipped galvanized. _ <br />6. Install a new door unit located on the left rear. Install a 6 panel <br />metal door unit with keyed lock and deadbolt. New door to open, <br />close and lock properly. Prime and paint door and frame to match <br />existing trim as close as possible. Note: Apply all necessary caulking <br />between brick-molding and siding. Install metal drip cap over door <br />frame to protect water intrusion. _ <br />7. Install a 2x8 header for the 36" door unit in the garage.
