Reframe bathroom door opening to receive a 36" door unit. Install <br />new header and filler studs. Install a 36 inch 6 panel pre-hung interior <br />door unit. Door unit shall be complete with privacy lock and door <br />bumper. New door to open, close and lock properly. <br />5. Install %2" MR sheetrock on the walls and ceiling. Finish the <br />sheetrock smooth. Prime the sheetrock with a new sheetrock <br />primer. <br />6. Install a tub/shower surround. Install a water tight seal where <br />surround meets tub. Glue surround to sheetrock and block wall <br />using proper adhesive. Install proper water proof trim where <br />tub/shower surround meets the window. Caulk surround <br />at tub using 100% tub/shower silicone caulk. <br />7. Install two grab bars in the shower area. Install a 36 inch and <br />a 24 inch grab bar. Note install proper fasteners to support <br />grab bars. <br />Install 3 V4" molded baseboard in the bathroom. Prime the new <br />baseboard with an oil based primer. <br />9. Install a new vinyl floor in the bathroom. The vinyl to cost not less <br />than $ 14.00 sq. yd. Install new shoe molding and metal trim. Prime <br />shoe molding with an oil based primer. Caulk vinyl at tub area. _ <br />10. Install a five piece accessory kit in the bathroom. Kit to include <br />two, twenty four inch towel bars, a soap dish, tumbler holder and <br />paper holder. <br />11. Install a surface mount medicine cabinet. <br />12. Prepare all surfaces for paint. Paint the walls, ceiling, doors and <br />trim with semi-gloss latex paint. All paint shall cover completely.
