Install 3 inch crown molding in all rooms except living room. Prime <br />the new molding with an oil based primer. Paint the crown molding <br />with semi-gloss latex paint. Remove the wall <br />covering to the framing. <br />2. Remove the door unit, sub-floor and floor joists. Note: Floor <br />joists maybe doubled in areas where unable to remove. Install <br /># 2 pressure treated matching 2x8 framing. New framing to span <br />from foundation wall to center girder. Install all necessary blocking <br />around tub and commode flange. Install % inch sub-floor and 518. <br />inch under-layment. A permit is required for floor framing. _ <br />3. Install wall blocking for grab bars in the tub/shower area. Consult <br />homeowner for correct height and location. Note: Rehabilitation <br />Specialist to inspect blocking- before covering is installed.
