Cover the exposed plywood around the window air units with <br />white aluminum coil stock. Remove the bed molding, ceiling tiles, sheetrock and lx4 stripping <br />to the ceiling joists in all rooms except living room.. Prepare the ceiling <br />joists for %Z" sheetrock. Remove all existing nails and install %a" sheetrock <br />on all ceilings and finish smooth. Prime the new sheetrock with a new <br />sheetrock construction primer. Paint the ceilings with bright white <br />latex ceiling paint. All paint shall cover completely. <br />2. Repair the damaged ceiling texture on the living room ceiling. Remove <br />the damaged texture and prime bare sheetrock with a kilz type primer. <br />Spray using repair texture. Spray paint the entire ceiling with bright <br />white ceiling paint. NOTE: Paint must be sprayed not rolled.
