Year 2 (FY 2017-18) includes funds of <br /> 7 $240,000 for Field 1 lighting replacements, and engineering/design work in preparation <br /> 8 of the park construction. <br /> 9 • Conservation Easements (CIP page 59) — provides County matching funds of$250,000 <br /> 10 in Year 1 (FY 2016-17) and beyond, along with an anticipated $250,000 each year in <br /> 11 State and Federal grants, to acquire conservation easements to conserve prime or <br /> 12 threatened farmland, sensitive natural areas, or important water quality buffer lands in <br /> 13 keeping with Board goals and Lands Legacy priorities. <br /> 14 • Mountains to Sea Trail (CIP page 64) — provides $521,000 in Year 1 (FY 2016-17) for <br /> 15 acquiring easements, initial trail construction of identified segments, with associated <br /> 16 signage and fencing.
