See attached map. <br /> The County is not purchasing those small portions (approximately 0.6 and 2.9 acres respectively), but we <br /> must have them surveyed in order to divide them properly from the larger tract. The cost to <br /> provide a boundary Survey on this site, replace missing corners and paint the eastern Line will be <br /> $4,700.00. We will prepare a plat suitable for recording.
